Gyrocam Systems Director and General Manager

Mr. Egner has served as the Director and General Manager of Gyrocam Systems since
January of 2007.  Previous to this appointment, he led the field services group operating in Iraq
and Afghanistan for Gyrocam.

Prior to his tenure with Gyrocam Systems, Mr. Egner served as the President of Southern Air
Systems, an aeronautical services company, specializing in the management of government and
corporate owned airborne assets worldwide.

Mr. Egner has also served as an overseas contractor for the Department of Defense, with the
Strategic Defense Initiative and previous to that, was an Officer with a major Police Department.  
During this time, he was assigned to a number of specialty units, including targeted suspect
surveillance and the Police Air Services Unit.  Mr. Egner’s Defense Contractor experience,
surveillance and extensive aviation backgrounds have afforded him a unique perspective to the
elements that encompass Gyrocam’s mission.

Mr. Egner has a B.A. in Behavioral Sciences, holds an Airline Transport Category rating and is
Captain qualified in more than a dozen different types of jets and helicopters.
